In the first part, he describes the beginnings of his business accompanied by a turbulent private life, as well as his passion for weight training and his love of soccer, for which he had an extraordinary talent. However, he and his wife suffered a heavy loss: their firstborn son died a few weeks after birth. It was this tragic event, when Passer‘s „American dream“ collapsed, that marked a fundamental turning point in his life. From a pagan, he became a deeply religious Christian.

In all of his works, Radim Passer chronologically captures the successes of his company, Passerinvest Group. However, this development company had to overcome attacks led by corrupt politicians and parts of the competition, and above all, betrayals from former colleagues, before it could become one of the most respected business entities in our country. His personal life was significantly affected by a serious car accident, which he survived only thanks to the great grace of God. In his personal life, he subsequently experienced the crushing pain of the gradual breakdown of his marriage and helplessness over the loss of their young son‘s happy childhood. He felt the divorce was a major life setback that he had difficulty coping with. In the final work, Radim Passer concludes his life confession. This successful businessman, urban developer and investor, soccer lover and, above all, a Christian who gave his life and property to Jesus Christ, describes the fundamental decisions that permanently changed the direction of the company and his
personal life. He describes the company‘s commercial successes, but also coming to terms with the definitive loss of a divorced marriage and finding a woman with whom he regained his supportive family background.

The life story of Radim Passer is a testimony about our society, about doing business in an environment complicated by political interests and corruption, and about the often futile effort to achieve justice and promote generally beneficial values. It is not only an interesting insight into the lives of the successful and wealthy, but above all a story about the daily search for God‘s will and the desire for as many people as possible to open their hearts to God‘s love.

Radim Passer is the founder of the Passerinvest Group, whose name is primarily associated with the implementation of the new urban district BB Centrum in Prague 4 – Michle. He is known for his Christian principles, which he applies to his personal life and in his business.
